Course Description

Join us for a conversation with Rosie Brammer, CPA, Principal, Rosie Brammer CPA, LLC. Last month, she made the bold decision to launch her own accounting firm. For many women in CPA firms, the partner track can feel like an obstacle course. Those barriers influence the internal narrative many women experience that can derail their progress. Stories are a powerful way to create transparency, build a support network, and interrupt the thinking that can lead to imposter syndrome. Rosie will be joining us to talk about her journey and the decision that transformed the story she thought she had to follow to one of entrepreneurialism, creativity and empowerment. We hope you can join the conversation!

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify barriers to attracting and retaining women in the accounting profession

  • Express the importance of mentorship, both formal and informal, for developing women leaders
